iCHEER Elite Athletics provides youth cheer & dance at affordable prices for students ages 4 to 18.

Cheerleaders learn cheers, chants, jumps, pom routines and stunting in a fun, team-oriented setting. Students are given the opportunity to perform at Colorado Springs area sporting events and in local parades.


 Coach Christy has over 11 years of cheerleading and dance experience and 6 years of coaching experience. She began dancing ballet, jazz and tap at the age of four. Her cheerleading and gymnastic experience began in junior high and continued through high school on the best Coed team in the state, Widefield High School*. Her Widefield competition squad won several regional and state championship titles and attended nationals in Florida . After graduating she began coaching recreational and competitive teams for children of all ages. In 2006, she led her Coed youth team (7-14 years old) to Nationals where they placed in the top 12. Currently Christy coaches all levels of Pom & Cheer and cheers on a competitive adult team (18 and older members). She looks forward to her teams building success both in competitions and in their communities.

Coach Christy is currently the Head Coach of cheerleading at Sand Creek High School and coaches the varsity team. Sand Creek's freshman, junior varsity, and varsity teams all took first place in their divisions at the Southern Colorado Regionals in October 2007.

* The Widefield High School competitive cheerleading squad was 6 time consecutive Colorado State Coed Champions from 1993 to 1998. Along with State titles they received 8 consecutive Regional Coed Championships and multiple top placings at National competitions in Florida .
